It keeps you from being caught by many diseases like mouth cancer, mouth infection, teeth infection, hole in the teeth and many other scary diseases. So maintaining it is a very suggested action considering all those scary diseases that will come up if you don’t maintain it.

Clean your Mouth and Your Teeth

Health that needs to be considered again is oral health. This one organ becomes a bridge between the food intake into the stomach. If the mouth occurs damage or pain it will inhibit the digestive process of food that will enter into the stomach. Here are tips on maintaining oral health:

  1. Brush your teeth at least 2 days

Teeth are part of the mouth. Teeth become an important part in processing and initiating the digestion of food before getting into the stomach. If the tooth is sick then there will be obstacles in the process of digestion. Therefore it is advisable to brush your teeth at least 2 times a day, to avoid cavities and cause a toothache.

  1. Avoid drinking coffee, tea or alcohol.

Drinking coffee or the tea is something that is considered delicious. You may take it only a few times, not a routine. The or coffee will make dental plaque and then become a tartar which will cause the gums to become inflamed and the teeth become porous. As for alcohol should not drink at all, because alcohol can make the mouth becomes dry and cause bad breath. It is better to drink with water.

  1. Often rubbing the tongue

Some people think that bad breath is only caused by cavities. The other cause of bad breath is the tongue that is rarely cleaned. Now many types of toothbrush that have been modified not only to clean the teeth but also brushed dirties on the tongue.

  1. 4. Replace toothbrush regularly

Do not wait for your toothbrush to bloom and damaged to be replaced, as much as possible replace your toothbrush for about 2 months. This is in because there is a pile of bacteria on the toothbrush that is not immediately replaced, causing our mouths to be not clean.
